Novak Djokovic began his 10th anniversary participation of "Masters 1000" tournament in Miami with a win. The world No1 lose a set but still has ensured his place in the next phase after the success with 6:0, 5:7, 6:1 over Martin Klizan.
Djokovic, who is 4-times champion of the tournament in Miami, is very close to duplicate the titles in Indian Wells and Miami for the second consecutive year and the third overall time, if he can triumph in South Florida.
Last Sunday Serb entered the "Club 50" after he in Indian Wells won his 50th title, which was the 21st for him of "Masters 1000" series.
Djokovic began hammering in Miami and took the first set with 6:0 after only 22 minutes.
Klizan however was not embarrassed and has managed to return to the game. The Slovakian made a breakthrough to Novak at 5:3 for the Serbian in the second part when Novak served for the match, and then managed to escape also the sets, entering into a series of four consecutive games to his account.
In the decisive third part Djokovic showed class and gave no chance to his opponent, congratulating with a success.
"Congratulations to Martin, who fight to the end and forced me to do another one and another blow. In the second set, the battle was radically different from what obtained in the first set. I`ve been in similar situations many times in my career and I have a lot of experience, which helped me in this case. Of course I was disappointed (to lose the second set), there is no dispute that, but every athlete has his moments of ups and downs during the match. The most important thing in such situations is not to stop believing in your abilities. Congratulations to the audience, which was great. Here the audience is very international. There are many Latin -Americans, and they are very emotional. For me, every moment on this court is special, "said Djokovic.

Nadal: I have to be 100% in order to survive against Raonic
The three-time champion Rafael Nadal reached ease to the quarterfinals of the tournament in Indian Wells, having he dealt with 6: 2, 6: 4 against Gilles Simon.
