The Paris prosecutor`s office has prepared a report on the inappropriate behavior of the head of the French Football Federation, Noel Le Graet.

Earlier, the Paris prosecutor`s office dealt with Noel Le Graet, who was removed from his post as head of the federation in January, on charges of harassment. Testimony, in particular, was given by football agent Sonia Sui and several former FFF employees.

The report will be presented to the French sports minister on February 15, but Radio France accessed the document ahead of schedule.

Investigators concluded that Le Gre`s actions were repetitive in nature and had the potential to tarnish the dignity of the victims through vulgar remarks, particularly when Mr. Le Gre was clearly intoxicated.

The investigation revealed that Le Gret once specially put a skirt on a young girl for a trip. During another trip, an 81-year-old functionary touched a girl`s thigh despite being asked to stop.

In addition, witnesses reported that Le Grae explicitly offered a threesome to two female colleagues.

It is noted that the functionary invited an unnamed football player of the French women`s national team to visit him even after the first hearing with government investigators.

At the conclusion of the report, the investigators note that Le Gre no longer has the necessary legitimacy to govern and represent French football, given his behavior towards women, public statements and failures in running the federation.

Le Grae was removed from his position as head of the French Football Federation after a scandal involving disrespectful remarks against Zinedine Zidane.
